Swim

The crossing begins in the cold, clear waters of Lake Tota. Thin air, low light, and silence surround you. There is no rhythm to follow, only breath, direction, and calm under pressure. "Short" - 3.000m - swim due to temperature and altitude.

Bike

The longest part of the journey unfolds on open roads through the Andes. Wind, altitude, and distance test patience and judgment. Traffic, weather, and terrain demand constant awareness and respect for the mountain. 185km with 3.200m of positive elevation.

Run

The final leg climbs into the páramo, where oxygen is scarce and conditions change fast. Remote trails, cold temperatures, and exposure define the effort. Progress is steady, supported, and deeply personal. 43km with 2.000m of poisitve elevation.
